Translations of the texts of judgments and decisions by the European
Court of Human Rights that had been published in the journal «Human Rights.
Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights» between 2007 and 2009 have been
approved by the Court and have been placed by it in its database HUDOC
http://cmiskp.echr.coe.int/tkp197/search.asp?skin=hudoc-en In order to locate a relevant translation in the database one has to indicate there either the number of the application or the name of the applicant (in English), to open the link of the judgment or decision and there should be an «icon» with inscription in English Translations The journal is the only publication in Russia, which covers theoretical and practical issues of human rights protection in the context of compliance with the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Main materials are published in Russian, English and/or French. Eminent Russian and foreign authors and practitioners contribute to the journal their articles on the issues of constitutional law, international (public and private) law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law and procedural law.
